Account Handler (Essex)

Your new company is an established Independent Insurance Broker dedicated to delivering clients a professional service supported by insurance offerings from top insurers in the UK.

They now have an exciting position within their Professional Indemnity Team, where you will inherit a portfolio of Small Business Clients and will be responsible for the servicing and growth of the portfolio. The Role

Professional Indemnity Account Handler

·Responsible for managing a portfolio of SME Clients

·Assisting with client enquirers in a timely and professional manner

·Building and maintaining relationships with Clients and Insurers coupled with attending meetings alongside Executives at times

·Ensuring a high renewal retention rate

·Issuing client documentation including renewal invitations, mid term adjustments, cancellations and new business quotations

Requirements

·2 years experience as an Account Handler

·Experience in Professional Indemnity Essential

·Exposure to Cross Class Commercial a bonus but not essential

·Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain long standing relationships

·Meticulous attention to detail

·Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
