We are looking for a dedicated Sales & Hire Controller to join our team, supporting the Hire Desk Manager in all areas of internal sales. This role involves customer service, hire transactions, and working collaboratively with the internal sales team to achieve business objectives.
You will be the first point of contact for customers via email and telephone, so exceptional customer service skills and a professional phone manner are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via email and telephone.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer queries.
- Oversee all aspects of product hire transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Deliver daily objectives within strict deadlines.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing information and contributing to team goals.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and colleagues.
- Undertake training on essential products, core offerings, and extended ranges.
- Learn and utilize relevant systems, such as G42.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the business.
