Job Description

Our Associate Operations Director is the leader of our operations and business systems team. They are an expert in how agencies run, the business metrics that are important and have experience and knowledge of how to improve efficiency in all areas. They make things happen quickly with total control over communication, buy in and stakeholder management. They know the business strategy and support it through scalable and sustainable solutions at every turn.

As our Associate Operations Director, you will lead the operations function across Publicis Health UK. You will be the face of change and improvement for all employees and will be responsible for running a team focussed on transformation projects and maintaining our business systems.

The PH brands and individuals within them will be your clients, and you will have a remit with your team to build end to end solutions for those brands and individuals. This will involve utilising in house, network and 3rd party capabilities to deliver both large and small changes across all our operations and systems. You will need to work closely with the leaders of the brands, finance, project management, individuals on the ground and Groupe functions to ensure adoption and understanding of change, driving improvement in key metrics such as utilisation, productivity, retention and revenue. The role will be measured by delivery of change and improvements, and you are expected to implement process, tools and systems that work for the majority at speed, managing and developing your team to exceed expectations at every opportunity. You will be looked upon as a senior voice within the network and will need to build trusting relationships at every level.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience within project management/operations and change management work
  • Skilled at leading a team and of making operational change within an organisation
  • An agency background and a deep understanding of the way in which they operate, with knowledge across all functions- strategy, creative, design, production, client management and finance
  • Programme management experience dealing with multiple stakeholders and a variety of workstreams
  • Well versed in creating roadmaps and strategic change within an organisation and evidence of delivery against those roadmaps
  • You have strong business acumen and the ability to assess, report and influence the commercial impact of transformation projects
