As our client anticipates growth, they are excited to open a new position for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon at their practice.

With years of experience in expert animal care, our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated veterinary surgeon who is committed to delivering the highest level of care to all patients and their owners. This role presents an opportunity for career advancement into a leadership position within clinical practice.

Initially, the role will involve sole charge responsibilities. However, as the successful candidate contributes to the growth and development of the practice, they intend to recruit a second full-time vet, transforming the practice into a thriving 2-vet establishment.

Our client is seeking an individual who relishes the challenge of developing and expanding the practice, which already boasts a loyal, trusting, and committed client base. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to confidently communicate with associates at all levels.

The ideal candidate will possess strong prioritisation skills, enabling them to manage their workload based on clinical priority and importance. Expect to work in a supportive and uplifting environment, surrounded by dedicated and experienced nurses, patient care teams, and client care professionals.

The practice offers a range of essential services, including routine operations, x-rays, ultrasound, dental treatment, day patient care, nutritional support, and weight clinics.

The Rota:

  • Full time role – 40 hour week
