To deliver excellence in QUALITY and SERVICE within our culture of CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT Owing to the current business demands we are looking for a Welder to work with our manufacturing team. To do this job you will: Have a good understanding of steel welding processes (MIG) Predominantly jig and stitch welding Have previous experience of using a variety of different methods to join materials, welding, riveting and bolting to product final assemblies Ensure completed products meet required engineering standards for dimensional accuracy and quality. Have the ability to complete work to engineering drawings specifications Work accurately, within timescales and to a high standard of workmanship Communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation Be capable of working without direct supervision and be responsible for delivery own targets Be self-motivated and work alongside colleagues effectively Previous experience of adhering to H&S policies and procedures Remain flexible and receptive to change (including hours of work) Participate in activities that look at ways to continuously improve what we are doing Hours of work: 39.5 Hourly rate will be dependant on experience.
