As part of their continued expansion in the region, they are seeking a talented Chartered Building Surveyor (Senior or Associate level). Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Carry out building and site surveys. Compile detailed condition surveys and reports. Prepare schedules of work and specifications. Lead project management and contract administration duties. Diagnose building defects using building pathology principles. Produce drawings using AutoCAD (not essential but advantageous). Manage quality control processes to ensure successful project delivery. Handle Party Wall instructions and liaise with clients effectively. Contribute to business development initiatives to expand the regional division.
