A permanent position for an organised and efficient hire coordinator to effectively manage the Rental Fleet to serve the customer base and coordinate the transport for the Depot.
As the Fleet Hire Controller, you will be responsible for the Short-term Rental (STR) Fleet, this includes:
Process enquiries for casual hire – quotations and follow up.
Preparation of STR agreements, Transport Notes etc. emailing for customer signature prior to delivery of equipment.
Ensuring all machines in depot are correctly identified/labelled with status.
Keep casual hire truck files updated including filing of Transport Notes and STR Agreements.
Ensure LOLER inspections have been carried out and are current for all STR machines.
Resolve invoice queries relating to Contract and Short-Term Rental.
Liaise with other depos to ensure Kerridge system is updated properly.
Produce weekly availability list for Short Term Rental fleet.
Ideally have experience from within hire and with the Kerridge system
Be PC Literate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have excellent telephone manner with a first-class approach to customer service
Have strong interpersonal, organisation, motivational and communication skills
