About Us
We are seeking an exceptional Head of Sales to join our leadership team at Bovingdons Catering—where culinary art meets passion, excellence, and creativity.
The Head of Sales will oversee a team of 8 and work closely with our Directors, Chefs, and Logistics teams to create and deliver memorable experiences for our clients. This role involves managing the Event Planning team to develop, convert, and plan all client event inquiries.
Role Purpose
The Head of Sales will be responsible for the sales performance across Bovingdons venues in the City, Fulham Palace, and South West. They will proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business, targeting corporate clients, private celebrations, and large-scale events, while creating a sustainable pricing strategy across all departments.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Head of Events, Head of Planning, or in a senior Sales/Business Development role within a premium event catering or hospitality business. Knowledge of London’s prominent venues, museums, stately homes, and attractions is essential. This is a senior role suited for someone well-established in the marketplace, with salary and package reflecting this. We offer great training and development opportunities. The Head of Sales will be based at our HQ in Wimbledon, working from the office four days a week.
