They offer comprehensive monitoring across logs, metrics, and traces, and help customers streamline their operational efficiency while reducing costs. As a Solution Engineer, you’ll work closely with the sales team to deliver tailored technical solutions to clients, manage complex sales cycles, and provide expert guidance on observability and security data. This is a senior role that requires experience in delivering presentations and demos to both technical teams and executives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with sales to support complex, technical sales engagements. Deliver product demos that highlight value and technical fit. Guide customers through Proof of Concepts (POCs) and develop custom solutions when needed. Provide insights on observability best practices and recommend optimal solutions. Requirements Minimum of 5 years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar role. Strong presentation skills with experience in technical demonstrations. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Programming skills in Java, Python, or Go.
