JB372: Customer Service Account Handler Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 per annum Location: Gillingham, Kent Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Customer Service Account Handler on behalf of one of our clients.You will primarily respond to the service requests of the client base, within the fire and security system industry.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities for the Customer Service Account Handler: Maintaining and building a strong relationship with a portfolio of clients, primarily via telephone. Scheduling maintenance, callout and remedial visits. Delivering high quality customer service when liaising with engineers and clients to schedule visits.
