Current vacancy for an interim Head of Estates for a leading HE organisation. The role is available with an immediate start, reporting to the A/D Estates Operations. Key Duties: Management of minor works projects up to £250k. Leadership and management of the Estates Operations and maintenance team. Management of backlog maintenance. Liaising with senior managers within the estates department. Use of new technology including BIM. Financial management including budget management and procurement of contractors and use of frameworks. Available on a contract basis with potential for a permanent position.
