Microsoft D365 Business Central Practice Lead Hybrid – UK Salary – £100k – £120k DOE + Benefits We have an opportunity for a seasoned leader to join a Microsoft Consultancy who deliver D365 solutions to customers globally. With the launch of a brand-new D365 BC division last year which has grown to a team of 20 people already, they are now looking for someone to take ownership over the D365 BC Practice. As the D365 BC Practice Lead, you will oversee a talented team of Microsoft Dynamics experts and lead digital transformation programmes which will involve building out Go To Market strategies, managing delivery, driving team performance and expanding service offerings. You will work closely with UK-based clients to delivery a variety of D365 BC offerings as well as driving the continuous growth of the team and revenue streams. Experience Needed: Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central Expertise in leading Digital Transformation programmes, leveraging Microsoft technologies to provide tailor-made solutions for clients. Proven experience leading a team and/or practice of consultants. Extensive technology expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central with broad knowledge across all modules. Ability to strategize and grow a Practice.
