In this role, you’ll support farms by developing swine nutrition programs, analysing feed ingredients, and offering practical solutions to boost performance and animal health. You’ll advise on feeding strategies, review formulations, and run on-farm trials. You’ll also present AB Agri products, support the sales team with technical knowledge, and contribute to new product development. What you will be doing: Develop swine nutrition programs and participate in research to improve production across all growth phases. Advise customers on feeding strategies and formulations to boost performance and profitability. Analyse feed ingredients and set up diet specs using formulation software based on farm needs. Deliver product presentations and technical support, including translation for colleagues when needed. Support sales teams with technical insights and tailored product recommendations. Run on-farm trials, analyse data, and contribute to new product development and innovation. Attend industry events and seminars, represent AB Agri professionally, and ensure safe travel and site visits. What you\’ll bring: University degree major in Animal Science or Animal Nutrition or Veterinarian Extensive experience in feed mill or within large scale pig production with hands on nutrition / formulation responsibilities Experience as a technical consultant or nutritional advisor Having knowledge with regards to farm management and husbandry Having knowledge of Format and / or Best Mix formulation system Having knowledge in Food Safety Management Systems ISO 22000:2018
