Job Title : Senior Consultant – Financial & Technical Databases

Location : Home based (with UK travel)

Do you have an understanding of farm business and technical data? Do you have experience of designing databases and sharing insights? Do you like planning and working towards projects?

We have a new opportunity to recruit a consultant to design and manage financial and technical databases as part of our corporate projects. The role acts as a key contact for project and account managers in relation to data management, analysis and insights across multiple corporate projects, alongside managing and delivering several on-going and ad-hoc projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Database design and management
• Data analysis, interpretation and insights
• Project management and planning
• Delivering farmer engagement groups/meetings as part of the corporate delivery team

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience of designing and managing databases and providing associated insights
• You have a good understanding of farm business and technical data
• Extensive knowledge of dairy farm economics, costings & KPIs.
• Project management and project planning experience
• Facilitation skills or experience in delivering Change Management projects
