Role: School Support Worker Location: Reddish Hall School, Stockport, SK5 6UY Salary: £22,160.62 per annum (not pro rata) Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only Start: February 2026 UK applicants only. About the Role As a School Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of pupil support—helping learners feel safe, confident, and ready to engage with their education. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to provide personalised support in and out of the classroom. From encouraging positive behaviour to helping pupils build independence and social skills, you will play a key part in their journey.
