Role: School Support Worker
Location: Reddish Hall School, Stockport SK5 6UY
Salary: GBP20,906.25 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

Our ideal candidate is an outstanding Student Support Worker with relevant qualifications and experience working with students in a school environment. Key duties include:
- Contributing to raising standards of student attainment.
- Encouraging a learning experience that helps students achieve their full potential.
- Developing and enhancing the social, emotional, and behavioural development of students.
- Monitoring and supporting students\’ overall progress and development within their class.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to support students requiring assistance to access learning and managing student behaviour.
