YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Active support of the racing team in the planning, preparation, and execution of motorsport projects around the globe
• Installation and maintenance of both analog and digital voice radio systems
• Setup and operation of wireless and wired communication networks
• Deployment and support of smaller-scale IT infrastructures
• Close collaboration with RIEDEL colleagues on site and Formula 1 teams
• Troubleshooting down to module level, including detailed technical reporting for both the on-site team and the headquarters in Wuppertal
• Thorough documentation of all completed events

THAT\’S YOU

• Successfully completed technical training (e.g. mechatronics, event or IT technology, electronics for devices and systems, or communications technology) or equivalent academic background
• Genuine passion for working with radio, intercom, audio, and IT systems
• Solid hands-on experience in motorsport, broadcast, or event technology is a strong plus
• Willingness to travel extensively, with a high degree of flexibility and self-reliance
• Enthusiasm for end-to-end project execution and on-site involvement
• Ability to quickly adapt to dynamic environments, with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Valid Class B driving license
