We are recruiting for an experienced, hands-on Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate needs have come from a heavy industrial environment and is used to supervising a night shift team in a fast-paced working environment. The focus of this hands-on night shift Maintenance Supervisor is to supervise the Maintenance Engineers and be the key escalation point within the recycling plant Maintenance Supervisor Duties: Managing a team of Maintenance Engineers on the night shift Being hands on with maintaining the heavy industrial plant machinery. Working alongside the Engineering Manager Managing workflow and capacity of the team resource Maintenance of waste management machinery & equipment. Continuous improvement projects Fault finding & diagnostics Reactive & PPM maintenance Maintenance Supervisor Experience: Run the night shift on site Maintenance on machinery used within industries like recycling, quarries, agricultural, heavy industries etc.. Work well within a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing and production environment. Leadership within a fast-paced environment Motivating & team building Mechanical or electrical qualifications Great communication skills Heavy industrial Plant machinery maintenance Waste management experience would be ideal Heavy industrial or fast-paced manufacturing experience.
