Clinical Negligence – Senior Solicitor – Hybrid – Leeds The Role This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning Top 100 law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals nationwide. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Senior Solicitor/Legal Executive to take on some excellent cases and work on them from inception to trial. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, investigating and litigating multi-track cases. You must ensure cases are progressed in a timely, efficient and proactive manner and meet all KPI targets set by the firm.
