Job Opportunity: Curriculum Manager Location: Haringey Contract: 3-month initial contract (with potential for extension) We're on the lookout for a dynamic Curriculum Manager to lead and innovate within key areas of our educational provision. Whether it's ESOL & Wellbeing or Functional & Digital Skills & Career Development, this role is your chance to make a real impact on our community by driving quality and excellence in adult education. What You'll Do: Manage curriculum and quality assurance to deliver a high-quality, responsive, and innovative learning offer that aligns with key council priorities like Opportunity Haringey. Oversee curriculum planning, reviews, and delivery, ensuring the programs meet funding requirements and offer value for money. Act as the lead IQA across subject sectors in your curriculum area, evaluating the quality of education and fostering continuous improvement. Conduct evaluations of teaching, learning, and assessment, including observations, deep dives, learning walks, and themed drop-ins.
