Maintenance Technician Telford £40,000-£47,000 + Shifts (4 on, 4 off) + Training + Company Benefits Are you experienced with the maintenance of both Electrical and Mechanical machinery and looking to join a company that can offer work life balance due to the shift patterns and job security. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced maintenance technician to gain training on a variety of equipment within a clean, modern working facility, alongside a close-knit team of engineers. This family run business have grown year on year and have some exciting plans to come over the coming months / years. They are known for taking care of their staff and investing in their facilities, due to their continued success, they are looking to bring on an additional engineer to support their facilities team. The day to day of this role includes carrying out the Planned and Preventative maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical machinery, diagnosing faults, repairing and maintaining. The role is 4 on, 4 off 12-hour shifts on rotating 2-day shifts and 2-night shifts. The ideal candidate for this role will have a multiskilled (electrical and mechanical) engineering background and have experience with machinery such as: crushers, conveyors, mixers, motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding fabrication.
