About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for passionate, customer focused people to join Rail Gourmet on the Transpennine contract as a On Board Host based in Manchester.
You will be responsible for selling items from the refreshment trolley to both standard and first class passengers such as hot drinks, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, crisps, chocolate and general light refreshments. You will also be responsible for serving first class with complimentary items. As a customer host you will play a vital role in the on-train team, making sure that customers enjoy the warmest of welcomes and receive an outstanding service.
