Role: SEN Teacher Location: Kilburn Start date: As soon as possible Salary: £120 – £220 per day Inspire and Support Students as an SEN Teacher in Kilburn! GSL Education are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teachers to join one of our client schools in Kilburn. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the education and well-being of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). As a SEN Teacher, your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering tailored lessons and interventions to meet the unique needs of each student. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters progress and well-being. Assessing and monitoring students’ progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary. Collaborating with SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Providing emotional and behavioral support to students, promoting their social and emotional development. Building positive relationships with students and their families, ensuring effective communication and support. Qualifications and Attributes: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching students with SEN. Specialization in SEN or relevant SEN teaching qualifications are advantageous. A passion for working with students with SEN and a commitment to their educational and emotional well-being. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues. Effective classroom management skills, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Hold the Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service.
