This role entails managing confidential administrative support for the Business and Operations Manager and staff at a full-time Adult Education Centre. Your responsibilities include supervising administration staff, ensuring accuracy in data handling and finance-related documentation, facilitating learner enrolment, and handling customer service inquiries. You will engage in daily administrative tasks, manage financial orders, and ensure data entry accuracy across various spreadsheets. Additionally, you handle tasks related to learner enrolments, fee collections, and financial reconciliations. You liaise with supporting centers to ensure timely data collection and contribute to statistical reporting. Acting as Oracle line manager, you will input critical staff information and support the center's maintenance and resource management. Furthermore, you are tasked with organizing meetings, providing business support, and ensuring the security of monetary assets on-site. Participation in staff development and promoting equal opportunities is expected, with adherence to health and safety legislation and City Council regulations being essential components of the role.
