The Advocate Group are supporting a leading global FMCG organisation who are looking for an Innovation Project Manager to join their Commercial Marketing function. The Role: Lead and coordinate innovation projects, including NPD, packaging changes, and limited-time offers (LTOs) for the UK & Ireland. Act as the main contact for market innovations, collaborating with departments like procurement, marketing, and commercial. Oversee project management from concept approval to market launch, ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Collaborate with global brand teams to ensure innovation aligns with brand values and strategies. Develop and execute successful omni-channel launch plans, supporting commercial teams to engage key customers. Drive sustainable innovation, working cross-functionally to align projects with sustainability goals. Analyse post-launch performance to drive continuous success. About You: Experience in FMCG, ideally within the drinks sector. Proven experience managing innovation from concept to launch, with strong project management skills. Excellent understanding of the UK On/Off trade landscape and successful activation of innovations. Skilled in data analysis, strategic thinking, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
