Our Client is seeking an experienced RGN/RMN to join their expanding teams in various locations around the UK. Including Bournemouth, Weymouth, Woodbridge, Lowestoft, Woodbridge, Hadleigh. Our client is one of the largest group home owners in the UK currently. You will be reporting Directly to the Care Home Manager/Deputy Manager/ Clinical Lead. The client is seeking:- – An experienced RGN/RMN to join their expanding care team. – you will have had Prior experience as an RGN / RMN and hold a valid NMC Pin. – Someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills – A Passionate RGN /RMN who is wanting to make a difference to not only those you are caring for but also those working in your team, as you will want to upskill your team at every opportunity. – Someone who is empathetic and has a caring nature – Who is a driver, for some locations, but not needed for all. – An RGN /RMN who is happy to deliver personal care when required. – A team member who leads by example. – Someone competent in written and spoken English – An RGN / RMN who is confident completing all forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners. You Must: – Be an RGN / RMN with current NMC registration, with relevant post-registration experience within the UK. – Have excellent communication skills. – Understand the requirements of an RGN /RMN responsibilities within a care home setting. Working with this client you will be well looked after as they believe in upskilling their staff and offer many different training courses. There is opportunity to be promoted from within the home.
