Reporting directly into the Associate Director of Operations, you will work collaboratively with their outsourced Finance Team, specifically focussing on payments: Ensuring payments (invoices, expenses etc) are coded and authorised. To prepare the weekly payment batch for review. To complete a 100% check of payments for accuracy.
