One of our long standing Local Authority clients is seeking an interim Asset Valuation Surveyor in the South West at an initial contract length of 6 months (2 days every 2 weeks in the office). Key Responsibilities: Management of the asset valuation program, liaising with external providers, answering queries, approving them, putting them into reports and providing enough info for them to audit. Work on existing use, investment portfolio, acquisitions program, and operational portfolio. Work with existing use and DRC method.Qualifications: MRICS qualification and Registered Valuer status is mandatory.Experience: Proven experience in valuations is essential, preferably within a Local Authority context.Work Arrangement: Enjoy a flexible work week with two days in-office presence every two weeks and the convenience of remote work for the rest.
