Contentious Construction lawyers NQ – 1 & 2+ years’ PQE LONDON (London)

This well-regarded Construction team in London is looking to recruit two contentious Construction lawyers – one with 0 to 1 year of PQE and the other with 2 or more years of PQE. The team acts for a variety of both public and private sector clients, including further and higher education colleges, academies, local authorities, NHS Trusts, funders, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants.

Responsibilities and Practice Areas

• Handling major and complex construction disputes through litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
• Advising clients on potential disputes and disputes related to standard industry contracts such as JCT and NEC.
• Providing sector-specific legal advice across a diverse client base.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified lawyers with experience or training in construction law.
• For those already qualified: experience in advising on disputes involving industry-standard contracts, adjudication, litigation, arbitration, and other ADR methods.
• For newly qualified candidates: completed a seat in Construction law.
