Due to an internal re-organisation to support long term growth, our client has an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant / EA / Personal Assistant / PA, to assist the Managing Director, Operations Director and Executive Chairman.
They are a dynamic, people focused manufacturing organisation which is growing year on year with heavy investment in state of the art equipment. The leadership team genuinely operate an open-door policy and are part of the team, not just "the management". The culture is professional but fun.
The role will suit a natural organiser who can handle anything that comes their way and who wants to be the glue in a leadership team.
Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, Operations Director and Executive Chairman

Manage all calendars and diaries including scheduling meetings and appointments

Co-ordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries to include booking of rail, flights, hotels, hire cars, restaurants

Collate and process all Leadership expenses

Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records relating to leadership activities

Act as gatekeeper for all incoming communications

Responding to incoming communications where necessary, and re-directing to the more appropriate person if required

Organise events, meetings, catering etc when needed

General clerical and administrative duties as required

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or very similar

Educated to A level standard as a minimum

Qualifications or certifications in Business Administration or similar are preferred

Fluent written and spoken English

A good level of numeracy / commercial awareness

Strong IT skills in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office

First class interpersonal skills

Sense of humour essential

Car owner driver preferred

Experience of the engineering or manufacturing arena is preferred but not essential
Salary : circa £35,000 with an excellent benefits package in addition
