Our client, a leading player in the engineering sector, is currently seeking a skilled Utility Surveyor to join their team in East Birmingham. This permanent role offers an opportunity to utilise your surveying expertise in a collaborative and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Conducting precise surveys to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements Performing utility surveys and mapping underground utilities Preparing detailed survey reports and presenting findings to project teams Utilising advanced surveying tools and software to collect and analyse data Collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders to support project delivery Maintaining comprehensive records of survey data and documentation Ensuring all surveying activities adhere to industry standards and safety protocols Providing technical support and guidance to junior staff, if applicable Job Requirements: deep excavations multi utilities experience i:e water, gas, electric, etc. Utilities Detection/Mapping or equivalent Utilities Detection/Mapping or equivalent Experience in setting out & as built capture with GPS/Total Stations Good knowledge of PAS128 and PAS256Good computer Benefits: Company car or car allowance Private medical cover Opportunities for professional development and career progression Supportive and dynamic work environment Employee benefits package Salaries: 40K – 45k basic + Car or car allowance + lodge (if lodging and living more than 55+ miles) Work pattern: Site based five days per week
