About the Role This role ensures the flawless and compliant onboarding of clients, insurers, and counterparties, supporting business units while maintaining detailed records. It involves evaluating documentation, coordinating third-party support, and guiding team operations to align with regulatory and business objectives. The role also focuses on driving process improvements and aligning team goals with interpersonal priorities. What you’ll do Provide expert mentorship and manage client, insurer, and counterparty onboarding processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records across company systems. Assess and negotiate insurer agreements to meet compliance standards. Monitor and implement updates in response to regulatory changes. Lead, mentor, and support team members while coordinating third-party resources. Produce timely and detailed management information and performance metrics. Facilitate effective training and skill development for team members. Collaborate with leadership to develop compliance and operational improvements.
