They promote from within and the position has become live due to the current, soon to be previous, Manufacturing Engineer being promoted. Your Responsibilities Review and optimise manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency, quality and safety Lead manufacturing process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean etc. Conduct feasibility studies and process simulations to evaluate new technologies and processes Collaborate with NPD and production teams to develop and scale up new processes from lab to full production Analyse process data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation Establish effective work sequence through assembly line design and line balancing Prepare and maintain process documentation including P&IDs, process flow diagrams and SOPs. Candidate Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing process engineering, ideally with experience designing and implementing new lines to assist with the company expansion. You will need to commute to their site in Leeds, you could live in Leeds, Rothwell, Morley, Pudsey, Batley, Wakefield, Ossett, Horbury, Bradford, Horsforth, Brighouse.
