Audit Manager

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a varied client portfolio, leading audit engagements, and supporting the ongoing development of the audit team. As Audit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing audit assignments from planning through to completion, liaising directly with clients and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. You will work closely with senior management, offering strategic insight and guidance while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing audit engagements from planning to completion
• Leading and mentoring junior team members
• Liaising directly with clients, providing advice and insight
• Reviewing work and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Supporting business development and client relationship management

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Proven experience managing audits across a range of sectors
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
