Hourly rate: £12.60 per hour
Availability Required: Weekends, Bank Holidays, and Peak Season

We\’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering and Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Grafham Water for a flexible role, all year round.
Whether you\’re serving delicious meals, assisting customers, or ensuring our facilities are welcoming, your role will be essential in delivering an unforgettable experience to our visitors throughout the year.
What You\’ll Do:

• Serve customers with a smile, taking orders and handling payments
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, light snacks, and meals
• Keep the café area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
• Support the team during busy periods with a can-do attitude

We\’re Looking For:

• Great customer service skills and a friendly manner
• Experience in a café or hospitality setting
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Team player with good communication and a willingness to learn
