Job Title: Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant Location: Watford Salary: £95-£110 per day Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Term Time About the Role: TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs in Watford . This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with young people who require additional support in their learning, behaviour, and emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities: Provide whole class, 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN in the classroom and other settings. Help students engage with their learning and build positive relationships. Assist with managing and de-escalating potentially challenging behaviour in line with school policies.
