Office Administrator Hiring Now! Were an independent forwardthinking multidisciplinary consultancy which provides exceptional Planning Design and Environmental services across the UK. This is underpinned by regional knowledge servicespecific expertise and strong client relationships. In order to achieve this our goals we must have a team to support operations who are effective communicators well organised and driven to deliver. We have an exciting opportunity for a new office administrator to join us in Cambridge in a great collaborative but driven culture. Having recently delivered some of the nations most significant infrastructure projects we have been instructed on further business. This role is crucial to support and enable the operations team through effective administration and organisation of our Cambridge facility. You will be the key point of contact for all things Office and administration for Cambridge. Role overview As the Administrator you are responsible for general administration tasks within the office environment. You will play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the office and wider company. Key Responsibilities: Organising meetings and managing calendars Booking transport and accommodation Organising company events and conferences Keep stock of office supplies and IT equipment and place orders when necessary Manage phone calls and correspondence (email letters packages etc.) Preparing letters presentations and reports Processing invoices and managing office budgets Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems Facilitating the induction of new employees Supporting with Bid administration or tenders.
