The KS2 Teaching Assistant will support the classroom teacher in delivering educational activities for Key Stage 2 students. Duties include assisting with lesson planning, providing one-on-one support to students, managing behaviour in the classroom, and helping to create a positive learning environment., The role involves working during school hours, Monday to Friday. The Teaching Assistant will be based in a classroom setting and may need to assist with outdoor activities and school events., Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We undertake safeguarding checks on all workers in accordance with DfE statutory guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ this may also include an online search as part of our due diligence on shortlisted applicants.
