Working to empower people with a range of care needs to live independent and fulfilling lives, we are committed to helping our clients recognise their strengths, abilities and personal resources. You will be providing personalised care and support to adults with learning disabilities, all who have unique support needs. To provide this care we require warm, motivated and person-centred Relief Support Workers with a keen interest in providing personalised support to meet individual care plans. You will work in the principle of Creative Support, promoting active and independent lifestyles for the adults you support. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to provide respectful personal care.
