Human Resources Leadership: o Develop and lead HR strategies to enhance talent acquisition, performance management, and employee retention. o Oversee employee relations, ensuring the charity’s values and culture are upheld. o Design and implement compensation and benefits programs. o Manage diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote an equitable workplace. o Handle grievance and disciplinary procedures in compliance with legal frameworks. 2.
