We are looking for a Cyber Security Lead. This is your chance to join a highly awarded solutions leader, providing cloud, data, and security services that power AI and Machine learning transformation. What You Can Expect * Location – Edinburgh (Hybrid – 2 days in the office per week) * Salary – £80,000 – £100,000 * Industry – IT/ SAAS * Work type – Permanent Main Responsibilities as a Cyber Security Lead * Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with company goals and objectives. * Overseeing the implementation and management of Zsclaer solutions for secure internet access and advanced threat prevention. * Managing CyberArk solutions to secure privileged accounts, credentials and secrets. * Managing the design, implementation and maintenance of managed firewall solutions (Watchguard and Fortinet). * Leading the implementation of zero-trust security models and managed connectivity solutions (VPNs, SD-WAN). * Developing and maintaining incident response plans or procedures. * Conducting regular risk and vulnerability assessments, * Collaborating with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions. * Owning the Profit and Loss for the tower. * Managing and mentoring a cybersecurity team. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Cybersecurity. * 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on managing and implementing security solutions in an MSP or similar environment. * Extensive experience with Zscaler, CyberArk, managed firewalls, zero-trust solutions and managed connectivity solutions. * Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles frameworks and best practices such as NIST, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls. * Experience with security incident response, risk managem ent and vulnerability assessments. * Proven leadership experience including mentoring cybersecurity teams. * CISSP, CISM, CISA or CEH Certifications would be desirable. * Experience working in an MSP would be desirable.
