Based on-site in Thatcham The Smart Energy Trainers are responsible for delivering the Smart Metering Qualifications, Apprentice programme and all Smart training and assessment requirements for Smart Energy Engineers in line with Centrica learning delivery principles. The Smart Energy Trainers are responsible for ensuring employees have a smooth and timely transition into the field on successful completion of the apprenticeship programme. Here\’s what we\’re looking for: Must hold current CMA1/MET1 and MOCOPA. This is a site-based role at the Thatcham Academy. Responsible for the learning delivery of the SMART Apprenticeship programme ensuring employees can demonstrate competence across all aspects of the SEE role and are compliant with relevant legislation and industry codes of practice. Training and Assessment for Smart Energy Engineers on ACS, MOCoPA and all mandatory requirements on the job role Delivery of whole training schemes, programmes, and award schemes including the timely completion of documentation and review requirements. Liaise with the Delivery Team Manager and the Academy teams to ensure the Apprenticeship Programme is delivered on time and on budget.
