Job Description
We are partnered with a leading consultancy in looking for a strategic Workforce Planning Consultant for a utility’s client in London. The role requires you to be in the office 2 days a week.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Strong workforce planning experience, people analytics, and experience of working with HR.
- Experience of rolling out a credible workforce plan that aligns their business, suppliers, and regulators on the changing landscape of work to be delivered.
- Experience of working to CXO level and working closely with HR Directors.
- Ideally would have worked for a large infrastructure client, construction, or transportation.
- Must be immediately available.
