Are you an experienced, Surrey-based HR professional with a strong background in UK employment law? My client is seeking a competent and autonomous UK HR Manager to work from their office in Camberley three days a week and own the HR Operations remit for the UK workforce, with regular collaboration with your peers who are HR Managers for other countries and regions in EMEA, as well as the Shared Services team, the HRBPs and your line manager the HR Director for EMEA. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and provide HR expertise. Provide first line support to around 200 employees on HR related queries that fall into your remit Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding Support from an HR operations perspective and manage processes across the UK remit Handle advice and guidance on payroll, contracts, employee relations, and own relevant third-party providers.
