Workday Data & Integration Lead (Contract – 6 Month FTC) – (UK Remote) We kindly request that recruitment agencies refrain from submitting resumes or candidates for this position. THE ROLE Temenos is seeking an experienced Workday Data & Integration Lead to join the team on a 6-month contract, working in a remote model with only travel requirement for workshops in London or Europe. This role is perfect for someone with extensive knowledge of the Workday technology stack and strong expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, and Finance. As the Data Lead, you will oversee data management, migration, and integration across various Workday modules to ensure smooth operations and achieve high standards of workday implementation success. OPPORTUNITES You will provide expertise on data Planning, Strategy and Management: Develop and implement data strategies to guide SI partner to support business processes across Workday HCM, Payroll, and Finance. You will review the legacy HR data Integrity & cleansing to ensure the data is ready for deployment. You will perform data extraction using SQL queries from multiple legacy data set sources onto WD workbook delivered format by service partner. You will ensure all the Workday workbooks are delivered back to the implementation team within build timelines to avoid project delays. You will liaise with Workday data consultant to ensure high standards of data quality, data consistency and integrity during workday data build cycle. You will play a key role during data reconciliation and customer validation post workday data loads to perform data and config checks You will log and report, data & functional defects with PM and Workday consultants for resolution during test cycles and ensure proper defect closure You will help provide guidance and support to design custom test reports for post data validation and integration checks as per SOW You will test Coordinator/Strategy – defines testing plan, test scenarios, coordinates and collects status, provides testing resources You will lead data migration: Lead the end-to-end data migration process, ensuring accurate and efficient data transfer into Workday systems. You will utilise your knowledge of the Workday technology stack to ensure optimal configuration and customisation of Workday solutions. You will manage and oversee Workday data integrations with other systems, ensuring data flows smoothly and securely across platforms. You will establish and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with organisational standards. You will work closely with business stakeholders, HR, payroll, finance teams and workday partner implementer teams to gather requirements and ensure data-related activities align with business objectives. You will conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of data migration and integration processes to ensure smooth functionality. You will provide data sign offs in timely manner to Workday team.
