Site Maintenance: Work as part of the Harbour Operative team to ensure the safety and maintenance of the Harbour, delivering a positive experience for both residents and visitors.

Conduct regular visual inspections throughout each shift, promptly recording and reporting any issues, and taking proactive steps to prevent or resolve problems.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, both routinely and in emergency situations.

Assist in the completion of various maintenance and repair tasks across the site, ensuring they meet satisfactory standards and deadlines.

Support site security on a 24/7 basis, managing different security requirements during peak times as well as quieter periods
We are recruiting for a leading organization in the coastal management sector for a dedicated and versatile Harbour Operative. Ideally experienced in repairs, maintenance and/or security this full-time position best suited to a hands on individual with a good attitude to maintaining service levels and customer experience.
This role involves working shifts that include weekends and nights on a rolling rota, covering 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The typical shift pattern consists of four 12-hour shifts (6 am to 6 pm and 6 pm to 6 am), followed by four days off.
