Our client are looking for a Service Administrator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of their Aftersales & Service department! About the Role As a Service Administrator, you will provide essential support to our clients service team by managing service purchase orders, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate project documentation. You’ll also collaborate closely with the accounts team to resolve invoice disputes and assist with various administrative tasks to keep the department running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Process and file incoming service purchase orders and documentation. Acknowledge purchase order receipt and coordinate scheduling with customers. Arrange travel and bookings for service jobs. Maintain records for service engineers, including holidays, rest days, medicals, and training. Monitor and update training records and company tool registers for service engineers. Schedule servicing for the service vehicle fleet. Ensure accurate data entry into the ERP system, including hours and costings. Assist the accounts team to resolve invoice disputes and ensure timely payments.
