We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our UK Marketing Team, leading the end-to-end delivery of key marketing and innovation projects. You’ll play a vital role in shaping our go-to-market strategies and ensuring operational excellence across the board.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute marketing projects from concept to launch
• Own and manage project timelines, milestones, and resource plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – from design and supply chain to consumer engagement and performance marketing
• Monitor project performance and report on KPIs
• Proactively identify and manage risks, keeping projects on track
• Drive brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints
• Prioritise and align interdependent initiatives across Andrex and Kleenex

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience, with 3+ years in marketing or innovation project management (FMCG)
• Strong track record of project delivery and business results
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong numerical reasoning
• Effective leadership and influence across cross-functional teams
• Resilience and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
• Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Experience in Integrated Marketing Frameworks (IMF) is a plus
