My client is a privately owned business operating in a fast paced, B2C sector. The business has a turnover of £100M + and continues to grow both organically and by acquisition. A role now exists for a Group Financial Controller to join the business in a senior and integral role as part of the high calibre finance team. You will take respponsibility for all aspects of financial reporting, management accounting, statutory accounts, tax, trasury and the management of a team of around 40 based both in the UK and overseas. You will be a Qualified Accountant probably ACA with similar experience, or possibly making a first move from practice at a senior level. You will be a people person, able to lead, motivate and develop a team and also have the commercial nouse to operate in this fast paced changing environment. The role is Nottingham based and there is an expectation that you will be office based for 3 days/week as a minimum
