Sales Director UK&I I’m currently working with a leading logo in digital intelligence solutions. Their technology simplifies complex data, helping public safety organisations to make informed decisions effectively. We are seeking a driven, experienced, and talented Sales Director to actively manage the sales operation for UK&I. With proven experience selling to UK&I Police and/or Government agencies, you will be responsible for the complete regional sales effort, covering four operational verticals. Leading a successful and established team, this is a hybrid position with time split between the field, central London office, and home. You will run sales with a hands-on approach, developing and managing an existing team whilst simultaneously selling and running your own opportunities and accounts. Responsibilities: As head of sales you will be fully responsible for regional targets across four operational verticals, and for managing the sales team. Develop and maintain a qualified and reliable sales pipeline for the region. Manage and evolve the sales team to support and grow customer base. Directly sell into Police and/or Government agencies, by implementing the go to market strategy, targeting new business creation from customers and prospects. Create, oversee, and execute account focussed sales plans to achieve sales target. Build and maintain strong customer relationships which can then be leveraged into up and cross selling opportunities. Work with supporting teams, such as analysts and marketing, to support customer enablement and new client onboarding throughout the region. Participate in conferences and exhibitions. Required Skills and Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience selling to UK&I Law Enforcement agencies. Knowledge of UK&I Defence is a great advantage. A background in complex software sales is required and experience working with investigative and intelligence professionals is preferred. Results-driven, capable of working on tasks independently as well as through a team, and with a proven track record of achieving targets. Demonstratable new business, account management, and sales leadership experience is essential. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills are necessary. Outstanding interpersonal skills with an organised and attention to detail approach. UK resident and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
