Sales/ Account Executive – Ecommerce Experience – Salary – £28-30k + 40% commission options – circa £39k OTE Hybrid Working – 2-3 Days in Office Experience in SAAS Software sales and ecommerce. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase revenue. • Identify and engage with potential enterprise customers and build long-lasting relationships. • Develop and execute against an assigned quota and territory plan. • Prospect, forecast, build, and maintain a sales pipeline with assigned Sales Development Representatives. • Formulating a compelling annual plan, enabling a culture of execution to drive new customer acquisition, expanding existing ones, and ensuring high retention rates on existing accounts. • Supporting direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings. • Cross-functional engagement with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success and HR. • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress towards targets. Required Qualifications: • Good experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills. • Must have experience in Ecommerce. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners/customers. • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
